1)If you're planning on going the truly natural route (a
slower, less dramatic path, but one with greater longevity, health benefits,
and no Alpha Rush chance of a criminal record), look at this as something to pursue in the
long run.

2) Make sure you're getting enough rest. Alpha Rush about to

getting lots of sleep at night, when most of your recovery is done.
3) Eat. Be prepared to eat lots. Aim for a minimum 1g of
protein per pound of bodyweight, and eat copious servings of fruits and
vegetables at *every sitting.

4) The training: For beginners who want to go it on their
own and learn from a book, I often recommend Mark Rippetoe's "Starting
Strength". It's a simple, no-nonsense tome that encourages hard work and
builds the raw strength needed for long-term Alpha Rush success in bodybuilding, as well
